Samsung has officially announced the second proprietary OS-based smartphones Mind : Wave is the Samsung 723. Unlike the first wave Samsung, the phone model just announced it was created for a segment of the market average. As regards technical characteristics, Wave 723 has a 3.2 inch LCD display with WQVGA resolution, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi, camera 5 megapixels and comes with a leather pouch at about 240 Euro in Germany, starting from this September.
