WebOS 2.0 is coming later this year : after the certainty of its actual existence, we saw the first impressions from the perspective of developers , thanks to Gizmodo. WebOS 2.0 is shown again today thanks to some screenshots that were taken from an SDK beta operating system. From what we can see from the pictures, among the most important features introduced by the operating system are Dropbox and support for MobileMe, plus the ability to select default applications that open files of a certain type.
We know that a tablet HP WebOS comes on the market in early 2011 with this version of the operating system, but still we are not sure that HP and Palm smartphones they decide to produce new high level on which to exploit the new WebOS.
